The Boards
All of our boards are handmade!
Flat boards are made with top quality Baltic birch plywood, while for the Freestyle boards (rocker shape) we use a combination of Baltic birch sheets and a bamboo core to add some flexibility along with the stiffness. They are all pressed in a mold by adding high quality water based, water proof, food safe wood glue and 30 tones of pressure.
After that, the following processes of rough cutting, shaping into the final form and sanding down to a very smooth touch, are all done by hand, with lots of care, while also paying attention to the quality of each board!
The dying of the top surface and the patterns painting is also a handmade process, and each logo is screen printed by hand.
Our boards are fully recyclable/reusable. All dyes, colors, inks and wood glue are water based, children and food safe with no heavy metals detected. Same as for the varnish that is two times gun sprayed and gives each board that shiny silky touched look.
Priority is given on the overall quality and the smallest of the details! This is what makes us different. Thus, although handmade, our boards have an outstanding look and give the impression of being industrially produced.
