Dawn Patrol - Standard Board
A twin tip board that resembles a kiteboard. Its name is being given from the kiteboarding slang and it means: “An early morning session”

The best way for improving your surf, snow, skate and yoga balance. A very useful tool for your core exercises.
You can do push-ups, hands on the board and your feet on the floor or the opposite, squats, with kettlebells or barbells, or you can use it in combination with suspension straps, or rubber bands, on your knees or on your hands in extension, for example.
There is a big variety of exercises. Feel free to improvise.
Ideal also for calisthenics workout. It takes it to another level.

A balance board, except for a workout tool, can also be a very relaxing tool or toy. Sometimes you may just not want to workout, or some people may not even be a workout type of person.
