Pig Dog - Standard Board
A surf shaped board with a fishtail. So, the name is being given from the surf slang and it means: “A position that reflects the surfer grabbing onto rails while inside the barrel.”

The best way for improving your surf, snow, skate and yoga balance. A very useful tool for your core exercises.
You can do push-ups, hands on the board and your feet on the floor or the opposite, squats, with kettlebells or barbells, or you can use it in combination with suspension straps, or rubber bands, on your knees or on your hands in extension, for example.
There is a big variety of exercises. Feel free to improvise.
Ideal also for calisthenics workout. It takes it to another level.
